Chapter 1The man in the black coat stood directly ahead, his eyes full of confidence. He smiled teasingly before beginning to speak, his deep voice thick with arrogance. “I see we’ve come to this end after all. If only you had just participated from the start, none of this would have happened. And she wouldn’t have had to get involved.” The man laughs and steps to the side, revealing a dark haired woman tied and gagged behind him. She looks up, tears in her eyes, but the gag prevents her from saying anything. “You bastard” is the only reply theChapter 1
